He sure does. And believe me, it's about to be made very obvious.
I must say, your story so far has me on the edge of my seat wanting to know what happens next. Your original characters are very original, I don't think I have ever seen a robo-dictator with a supernatural hat cohort!
I read the backstory on deviantart, and I can see why the kaiser has trouble knowing Hatticus' gender. You did a good job balancing male and female features to keep us guessing about Hatticus.

Hopefully it will be out by the end of the year, but I can't make any promises. If you want to see the proto version, head over to my deviantArt because I have an unfinished version there. Right now, rather than working on that, I'm actually working on episode 3, so they will probably be released about the same time.
I can't wait to see the next episode. The Kaiser is one of the most interesting characters I have seen in a long time, just something about a robotic dictator that makes me want to see the next episode even more. This looks to be a very promising series, and hopefully it will be successful.
